So after a quick lunch of salad and roast chicken from the chicken shop, a quick change of clothes and off for the desfile disfrazado, or, fancy dress procession
The majority of the village turns out in fancy dress, some in groups or peñas and some solo or with groups of friends
After the procession, we changed and went back up to the square for dinner and to see what "spectaculo" of music had been provided. Dinner was a bit of a shambles, as the whole shebang was run by the carnival committee, but what the heck, it was tasty when it arrived. The singer who eventually got on stage about 45 minutes late was... er different:-)
